A world class Centre of Excellence in Maritime and Shipbuilding(CEMS), the first of its kind in Asia www.cemsindia.org was launched by Hon'ble Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari in Kochi . The project is with partnership of Siemens and Indian Register of Shipping and has a cost of Rs 766 cr. It will provide advanced skills for ship building and repair.
